Sheridan Executive is looking for an experienced recruiter to join our growing team in London. We are a specialist executive search firm working with some of the world’s leading hedge funds, private equity firms, asset managers and family offices across London, Dubai, New York and Asia.
We are ideally looking for someone with two or more years of recruitment or executive search experience. Experience across financial services, particularly front-office investment roles, would be highly relevant, but it is not essential if you are bright, commercially minded and genuinely interested in learning the buy-side.
This is unlikely to suit someone who wants to disappear into a large team, inherit a narrow patch and wait several years for meaningful responsibility.

Who we are
Sheridan was founded in 2023 and has grown quickly by being knowledgeable, direct, energetic and, hopefully, more human than much of the recruitment industry.
We take the work seriously, but not ourselves. The office is entrepreneurial, competitive and collaborative, with a high degree of autonomy and occasional supervision from Winston, our whippet and self-appointed Head of Talent.

The role will be based in our Central London office, with the title and package shaped around the person and their experience.
